Nokia India has launched a new teaser site ” www.pureview.in ” starting the countdown for Nokia 808 PureView launch here in India. The countdown on the site points to midnight, 6th June.
The portal has been designed quite inituitively by Nokia showing the 808 PureView’s camera prowess, the site opens up with a picture asking you to guess where the picture is based. Selecting your option shows you the full picture saying “Story within a Story” which quite shows the zooming and detail capabilities of that 41 MP sensor.
The site gives you an option to register with your email id to get more info and after registering, you get an email saying,
Thank you for your interest. Get ready to discover the hidden stories in every picture. Stay tuned and you could start winning exciting Nokia Goodies, including the next breakthrough smartphone.
which frankly states that Nokia is planning on some contests as well. Well this is going to be some great news for Nokia fans who have been eagerly awaiting the launch of the new camera king by Nokia but there’s no mention of the price yet, we’ll have to wait 6th maybe.
