Samsung Galaxy S2 owners may be able to upgrade to Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich sooner then they originally thought.
As per the internal sources (Rumor) : “Android ICS for Galaxy S2 is going to be officially offered by March 15 (depends from county/operator).
Samsung made a public announcement on Dec. 20 stating that the Galaxy S2, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Tab devices would definitely receive the Android 4.0 update in the near future. The original report said that both the Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note would receive it before the end of the first quarter of 2012. Other devices updates would follow shortly after.

No one ever said 1st March officially, it was a internet rumour. Samsung said Q1 2012 which means January 1st – March 31st, so there is still 30 days left until the end of Q1
