The U.S. Court of Appeals issued an order approving Samsung’s appeal to temporarily uplift the ban.  According to Reuters, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit temporarily uplift the stay of Galaxy Nexus ban, and requested Apple to provide new information by July 12th.

By the time Apple responds to the judge request, we hope Google will come up with a software patch to address the universal search technology patent.
