Samsung’s appeal for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 ban which is a direct competitor to the iPad has been rejected. The U.S. Court of Appeals issued an order rejecting Samsung’s appeal to uplift the ban.  According to Reuters, U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose, California, rejected Samsung’s request to lift her June 26 order to halt sales of the tablet.
