Right after the Microsoft Windows Phone 8 announcement in the Windows Phone Summit in San Francisco, there has occurred a leak of the HTC Windows Phone 8 road-map with 3 phones in row. The phone cover all the price range and the three models in increasing order of range are – Rio, Accord and Zenith.
Here are the features and specifications of the 3 different models:
Rio:
- 4″ WVGA Display.
- Qualcomm MSM8227 Snapdragon S4 Plus processor.
- 5MP camera with 720p video recording.
- 512MB RAM.
- 14.4Mbps HSPA
Accord:
- 4.3″ Super LCD2 with 720p support.
- 8MP camera sensor with 1080p video capture.
- 42Mbps HSPA+
- NFC Support
- 1 Gigs of RAM
- Dual-Core processor.
Zenith:
- 4.7″ Super LCD2 with 720p support.
- 8MP camera sensor with 1080p support.
- 42Mbps HSPA+
- Quad-Core processor.
Now all these devices are said to be running on Windows Phone 8 aka Apollo, but I guess Rio might have some limitations in the hardware specs and might run on Windows Phone 7.8, but that’s just our assumption, but I guess the company might not want to kill it’s sale and might ship it with Apollo, but nothing is certain. Also, according to the source the devices might start shipping by this years end.
